Call to Order
The meeting was called to order at 10:06 a.m.

Absent: Department of Emergency Management; Juvenile Probation Department; District Attorney’s Office, Adult Probation Department
Adoption of Agenda - Action Item
The agenda for the Marh 24, 2016 meeting was adopted.
Adoption of Meeting Minutes - Action Item
The minutes for the February 25, 2016 meeting were adopted.
Executive Sponsor Update: City Administrator’s Office – Discussion
Technical Steering Committee Update - Discussion
The JUSTIS team is working on a hosted calendar backup based on a full set of calendars directly from the mainframe. The team is working on supporting the Sheriff’s Department NWS 10.2 upgrade. A meeting will be held to discuss Active Directory options for JUSTIS applications and another meeting will be held regarding Court calendars.
The team is working with the Public Defender’s Office on their test system. The Police Department would like the HRMS data transfer to the Public Defender to go through JUSTIS. Departments are asked to fill out the form listing their applications that rely on CMS/JUSTIS data.
Case Management System Updates – Discussion

Working on rebuilding their testing site.
The Sheriff’s Department is still working on upgrading their New Worlds System software to version 10.2. There was an issue with bookings—a Deputy can enter their own booking number, as well as ongoing issues with the XML exchange to JUSTIS.
The Adult Probation Department on premise COMPAS system will go live in April. At the end of April 2016 they plan to use Mobile Justice on 45 devices. Moving forward, the department will provide all QPRO transaction data except text fields.
The Court is working with their vendor on data mapping and is working on setting up a meeting with JUSTIS and their vendor.
